Configure Dialogic D240JCT card

We have a Dialogic D/240JCT-T1 card that is intended to be used as a fax server card with Black Ice Fax Server software. We have been able to get the Dialogic configuration utility up and running. The problem we have is been getting the card's configuration setup to accept the T1 signalling provided by another card acting as the telephone network. We are looking for someone to help in setting up the configuration. This may require coordinating a conversation & testing with the PBX provider that has configured the other T1 card. (This is a dual span Digium card that both accepts the PRI signal from phone company, then acts as the telecom provider to the Dialogic fax server).
