Convert existing XML-DOM based project to VTD-XML in C# / VS 2005

Create a working project with VTD-XML (suggestion is ximpleware_2.10) **This attached XML is small, but the program should be able to create XML and search/decode XML up to at least 1GB in the body-tag.** The program needs just an input and a output file as arguments. Can be A GUI or a Console program. Functions that the program shoud have 1. Create a XML from a file where file-content creates the body-tag in Base64 transfer encoding for [MIME][1] (RFC 2045) or Standard 'Base64' encoding for [RFC 3548][2] or [RFC 4648][3] 2. Decode the base64 body-tag and create a filename with the content 3. Find all Track(s) within the TrackAndTrace and add a new Track All the attribute in the XML could be set to fixed values aslong as they use the functionality from VTD-XML to be assigned. Optional: * Describe a solution how to create a XML DSIG (W3C) tag with reference to both the #Routing and The #SignedBody * Suggest .Net version and/or upgrade of Visual Studio
