Help me change display language in windows 8!

Hello there, I just found your project. I am a German native speaker. Honestly speaking, I would be able to help you for free. A project budget of $10 will charge me $5 project fee, so it is not worth the fees :-) Press Windows Key + F Enter "Sprache" You will be directed to the properties to set the interface language. Hope this helps
