I have a requirement for someone to create MS Word 2003 document templates based on two PDFs I will send them.
The PDFs are to appear as a non-editable background, so that the user can simply paste or type content into the document without fear of the background image moving or being deleted.
The template file should be supplied without any macros etc embedded.
