Create table for WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping - repost

I'm using WooCommerce and would like to use the Table Rate Shipping plugin - or if you will advise to use something else.

I have some very different products to sell: (only to be sent to 1 shipping zone - Denmark.

- Dangerous goods in 30 kg bins

- Dangerous goods in 10 kg bins

- Maschinery (½-1/1 pallet size)

- Electronics

For the dangerous goods, we use 2 different carriers. First carrier only accept 1 colli dangerous goods, but is faster than the other - and cheaper when only handling 1 colli.

The other carrier takes everything from 2--->infinite numbers of bins/colli BUT: He will surchage an amount for each additional pallet. Since 10kg and 30kg bins does not have the same size, you will be able to put different amounts on the pallets. We operate with 2 sizes of pallets: 80x60 and 120x80 cm pallets. On the smallest pallet size, we are not allowed to stack the goods. On the 120x80cm pallet, we can stack in a total of two levels.
