Build an Online Marketplace for renting equipment

We need a marketplace that owners of equipment can register and publish their tools or machinery and get them booked by clients of the page. We will take 10 % comission of the transaction total value (or any other) and the rest amount will be taken by the owner. -Payments will be done online by the client with their Credit Card. Owners will receive the money (after our commission is deducted) to bank account number (IBAN) they have declared or their PayPal. We will receive the money of our commission to bank account number (IBAN) we have declared or PayPal. -We need Multilanguage environment. The language will be chosen automatically. Taking sharetribe site to independent servers and making all the customizations mentioned above. 2. Taking a readymade template like Listify and making some customizations. The proccess includes domain and hosting registration (will be paid directly by us).
