Convert HTML file to Wordpress Template *Easy*

I have a css based HTML page that I would like to become a page template within my theme.
All the assets should live separately from the other theme assets, that way this "sub theme" can be copied to any theme and function.
All you'll need to do is:
• Create a new page template using the HTML provided. (Use a random theme from [login to view URL] to do this. then add it to another theme to test that it works without issue.
• Edit references to the the images, java, and css to the current theme folder. ()
• Replace all text areas, including cufon areas with with custom field data, this way every bit of text can be changed when writing a page.
⁃ I beleve this is the code to display (The default should be the existing theme text.)
When complete, I should be able to take what you send, drop it into any template folder and see the page template available.
