There are 3 websites that are selling the same products:
1.I want to grab prices from all the 3 of them.

I need all the 3 step process to be performed by plugin automatically on daily basic so the prices and stock should stay up to date , i'll explain: (Let me know if its possible).
There are 3 websites that are selling video games the title call of duty is available on all 3 of them at different prices, website A is selling it for $5 and website B is selling it for $6 and website C is selling for $7,Also check stock availability if its in stock at $5 then select the lowest price which is $5 and then apply the currency conversion which should be editable manually as i update it every time i transfer money to my account adding taxes and cost to it.
Now we get the total cost in PKR so we will add the profit formula which i have created in microsoft excel which should also be editable manually as i also change it sometimes and thats it we have a final price which should be displayed on woo commerce products pages.
I need a script/plugin that could perform the whole process i have mentioned above automatically for my woo-commerce webstore, all i should do is place links from A,B,C stores in my product page and the options of currency conversion and profit formula should be available in wordpress dashboard. i hope i made my point clear.
