I am looking to create a new site and need someone to build a Wordpress template for me based on wireframes which I have created. I will edit the Wordpress CMS and style it with images and fonts supplied from the client, the Wordpress file produced must follow my wireframe and be responsive and have animated sliders for certain images and text. Feel free to populate the Wordpress file with dummy images and copy as you see fit. The Wordpress site will consist of the following: Home Page (one page scrollable with 6 panels/sections): Section 1: Persistent Nav Header and fullpage intro carousel with 3 images with a full page video on carousel item 1 and flick through to 2 other image frames and text Section 2: About Us (3 sliding images) Section 3: How it works (fullscreen video - can be url based) Section 4: Our Plans (3 sliding image and text panels) Section 5: Get in touch (map and contact form) Section 6: Footer Log In and Sign Up popups Form fields Sign Up Step 2: Section 1: Plan breakdown and selection Section 2: Billing dynamic form on selection of a plan. Billing data is not stored on site and payments are 'one-off'. My Account: Section 1 (default): My videos - dependent on plan selected. User may upload between 1 and 12 videos sequentially. Video files can be uploaded from a desktop file or gallery video on mobile/tablet. Video is compressed and stored on database and must not be longer than 5 minutes. These videos are playable by the user after upload for testing. No third party can be used for video storage, it must be handled by the database. Section 2: Account - user can edit registration/account details Section 3: Upgrade - billing form to select a new plan Section 4: Help - a selection of FAQ's and contact details Popups: A default popup page ie. Privacy Policy

To create the WordPress template based on the wireframes. The site will have the following features: a. User registration b. Site content pages c. Payment module d. Video upload and playback. Home page displays the following sections: Full page carousel (images/video) and nav header About us section How it workes section with video Our Plans section Contact form and map Footer. Users visit the site and signup for plans. Payments will be one time payment (PayPal will be integrated) My Account: a. Displays My Videos, User Account details, Upgrade option, Help section etc., b. My Videos - User can upload videos (based on plan he can upload upto 12 videos) c. System will have to optimize the video and save the video details in database. d. Video play length to be less than 5 minutes. e. All videos to be stored in the wordpress site itself. f. Video file will be stored in site folder and video metadata in database. Admin dashboard options to manage the users upload to be provided. The theme will be designed based on the wireframes. It will be fully responsive (mobile and tablet friendly).
