Cross Browser Compatibility and Wordpress site issues - repost

I am looking for an experienced wordpress expert to optimize a wordpress website to run 100% in all browsers: ie7, ie8, ie9, ie10, firefox, chrome, safari. 1. Correct website errors in ie7. a. Correct the main menu layout which is pushed off to the side. Make sure that Login/Register box is at the top position just like in ie8, ie9 and other browsers. b. Correct issues related to website not functioning properly after 3 minutes.....script error.... c. Correct issues related to thumbnail scroller which stops functioning properly and loading properly d. Correct fast blinking cursor in resume search fields and job search fields e. correct Slow loading time...home page....and page to page 2. Correct website errors in ie8. a. Fix top right hand corner dashboard window when clicked....looks distorted in ie7. 6. Fix jquery megamenu....in ie7 the expanded menu is behind the slider and other items. Also in some browsers like chrome the little arrows are not showing...also center the arrows. 7. Add permissions to events calendar...so that users registered as job listers (employers) will be able to post events. 8. Add 11 fields to the resume profile page .....and ....Add referral source field to the registration page .......this has to be added to the child theme... 9. Optimize website speed and performance based on [login to view URL] AA rating and google developer analytics. Make sure website loads and works 100% and is fast. 10. Fix loading issue in firefox and shaking page issue in chrome. 11. Fix Job search issue....some searches are displayed on the home page.....this has to be corrected so that job searches are not displayed on the home page.
