Development / Deployment
1) Deploy 2 instances of a WordPress template, staging & production (selected template: [login to view URL])
2) Deploy SitePush or similar plugin to facilitate moving code/content from staging to production
3) Modify menu so that it breaks to a touch friendly menu icon (3 stripe) when we hit tablet and mobile breakpoints. Get rid of search
4) Migrate data from an existing blog into new site. (from WordPress 3.4.1)
5) Configure the following templates:
a. Homepage (header carousel, 3 sections below with text, and link several latest news articles)
b. Content Template (out of the box free form template)
c. Blog layout page (very simple)
d. News section
e. Graph/Chart Page
i. Ability to section off portions of the page using tabs or an accordion
ii. Section with text/images
iii. Section with table data, and charts
iv. We need a plugin that generates an image (not HTML 5): e.g. [login to view URL]
v. We only need 2 types of charts: pie chart, and line chart.
vi. All charts should use CSV/Excel that is either uploaded via an ftp, or uploaded directly in WordPress.
