I'm wondering about the number of Goals that need to be audited. I can test your conversion points to find out if they are firing or not, and update or modify the tracking so it works for the ones that are currently not measuring conversions.
What are your Goals types? Events, or Destination Pages? Timing?
Are you using Google Tag Manager or on-page code to fire the events required for the Goals? Can I review your website ahead of the start of the project?
If you are using GTM, this will be easier to test, debug, and maintain. If you are using on-page JavaScript code, it's still okay but requires more attention and work in the long run.
I will need seven days to fully audit the current events on the site, and make sure all your Goals are measuring conversions. If you are interested, I can migrate your tracking system in Tag Manager, and create some new Events in there. We can discuss the details over chat if you are interested.
