Need a writer having knowledge of wordpress and real estate

Need a writer to write blog posts for a website. The writing would pertain to real estate market and wordpress. So good to have knowledge of both. Great to have knowledge of SEO writing. Will provide guidelines for that. The articles should be well researched, not just simple re-writing. Will be providing guidelines for every article. Article length will vary from one to other. But split into the following categories: 1) 500 - 600 words - Rs. 270 around $4.5 2) 800 - 900 words - Rs. 360 around $6 3) 1200 words + - Rs. 500 around $8.3 Would like to work long term with good writers.
