Step by step instructions for installing XAMPP and importing Wordpress Multisite

THIS PROJECT IS URGENT SO I WOULD LIKE TO GET TO WORK IN THE UPCOMING TWO HOURS. This isn't an easy task so don't bid if you aren't confident that you have the qualifications needed and also make sure that you've read my description fully. I've managed earlier to install XAMPP and import the database as well as getting the server to find my main sites files. I also managed to reach the website locally but i could only browse and use admin on the main site. The subdirectories were totally unreachable. The problem is that i'm having a very complex setup using three external domains on the same installation. The Freelancers task is to guide me through the whole setup making XAMPP work fully with my multiste locally. Also the freelancer must understand that my multisite network will grow so i need help on how to make XAMPP work when new sites are created. I will also require a simple written guide that goes through the process step by step. Understand that no money will be released until these tasks are completely fullfilled. The freelancer also need good skills in English. I don't want any automatic offers so write "XAMPP" as the first word in you application otherwise you won't even be considered for this project.
