You need a new landing page according to the PSD, in which header and footer will be same as the existing one. I need to create a new LP no need to touch the existing one as it'll be used later. New LP will responsive across every screen sizes and resolution. I have to use that button which you've provided separately not the PSD one and href link will be as in separate HTML file.
