converting a (excel/google) sheet into a structured xml file

I need someone who delivers me a tool/plugin/gadget which is able to convert my spreadsheet into a structured xml file.

Perfect would be a button in excel. Or a gadget in google docs.

example:

my excel file:

heading1 heading2 heading3 heading4 heading5 heading6

data data data data data data

data data data data data data

...

your tools output should be in this structure:

<heading1 "datatype">data</heading1>

i need to specify the entry and the group name.
