We are a telemarketing company. We set appointments for our clients (real estate brokers) to attend. We have over 60 clients.
We use online software called VanillaSoft as our dialing system, and when an agent sets an appointment, the software outputs all the data (homeowner name, appointment time, etc) as an XML or HTTP form post (we choose which format we prefer).
We need a database built where our clients can login online and see their own appointments, and once they have attended their appointment, they should come back to the system to 'close' the appointment by leaving their feedback for us, and giving it a quality score (A, B, or C).
There is a little interpretation required by the system of the incoming information from Vanilla Soft, because the time and date of the appointment won't always be in the same format (the agents, when dialing, simply type the time and date of appointment into the comments box. However, all the time and date data will always be on the first line).
The other requirement is also that our agents while on the phone can view the calendars for each client, so that they can see what time's are available to book appointments. The clients, also, should be able to login to set variables such as time between appointments (30mins, 1hr, 2hr, etc), and to block out un-available times.
There should also be an agents-only screen where our staff can login to see which appointments have been set for which client, and who has set them and when.
