Re-do site and add WYSIWYG editor

Hello!
1.) We need our website cleaned up with a better design
2.) We need it spell checked
3.) We need a WYSIWYG editor put in so that we can make our very own changes (wich will happen every day).
4.) We need a "directory" item setup so that our advertisers can sign up, then can make a "profile".
5.) Our sponsors (advertisers) will need to be able to login & change thier profile anytime, as well as see who has visited thier page, search our database of customer information forms, etc.
6.) PLEASE SPEAK ENGLISH WELL!!!!!!!!!
