Your task is to set up, run, and interpret simulations that reveal critical stress concentrations, overall displacement, natural frequencies, and mode shapes. Please work in a mainstream solver such as ANSYS, Abaqus, or a comparable professional tool, and keep the original CAD geometry intact so that results can be correlated with future design updates. Deliverables should be concise and ready for hand-off to my design team: • A short written report (PDF) explaining model assumptions, boundary conditions, mesh strategy, and key findings for static and vibration cases. • Colour-contour plots and animated mode-shape files. • Source files of the solved model so we can reproduce or refine the study later.
