The topic is about "Translation as intercultural communication." The chapter chosen is Chapter Five from the book The Routledge Companion to Translation Studies by Jeremy Munday - Revised edition pages 74-92. The project mission is to translate the Chapter from the Source text English to Arabic the target text. 1: The writer needs to convert the English to text to Arabic. (This would be the literature review) 2: After this has been done a literature review and a commentary should be done. The literature review will be the methods and ideologies of translation (the text you have converted to Arabic) – it has to be in ENGLISH. These points will be discussed in detail to support the claims in the commentary. The commentary will be discussing problems found during the translation process and how they were solved and how the decisions were made and all that would be supported by theories and examples done by translation scholars such as Munday, Said Faiq, Peter Newmark, Halliday, Mona Baker and other translation scholars. The commentary can include parts of the comments column in the terms timetable to add to the discussion.
