Seek Academic Research for Meta Analysis of Research Studies on Organizational Performance

I seek a VERY skilled and highly educated academic researcher who is generally familiar with research studies on organizational performance covering the following themes: Innovation - Both Product, Service and Business Model Outside -In-Customer Centricity - Design driven, Co-Creative customer engagement Next Gen / Digital Leadership - Focus on the new role , skills and behaviors of Managers and Leaders in a digital world Agility - The informal and formal structures that amplify organizational agility Inclusivity - The ability to foster strategic cultural and procedural norms that amplify empowerment, decision making and Employee and Team Productivity and Performance You must also be familiar with some of the following Research Theories / Constructs: Emotional Intelligence Design Cognition Ambidexterity vs Exploitation Organizational Neuroscience The Project will involve scanning for all available research studies on the themes listed above and then identifying those studies that appear to offer the greatest evidence for "Cause / Effect". In other words, as we scan all the academic research, where can we identify POWERFUL, peer reviewed evidence for social, behavioral, cognitive "norms" that can we taught / acquired that researchers believe will lead to greater levels of Innovation, Agility, Inclusivity, Next Gen Leadership, Employee Performance / Productivity and Customer Engagement, etc. Lastly, you MUST have your own access to wide ranging academic studies from which we will do our meta analysis.
