I'm looking to rectify an error in my IndusInd bank account as I have a lien amount that was entered due to an unknown reason. Unfortunately, I don't have any specific evidence to prove this erroneous transaction. However, I have tried dealing with this issue directly with the bank with no resolution yet.

Here's what I need:
