Research - Tyre Price Comparison

Hi, I am looking for a research assistant to help out with some existing research work we have and possibly future research work if their work is good. The current project we are working on is to compare a list of Tyre brands & sizes and to look at what is available in the market (both online and offline). Each tyre manufacture makes a couple of model of tires and each model of tires vary between the width,profile,diameter,load index and speed rating. If any one of those details change then its a different type of tyre. Our scope at the moment is the Australian market. You will be required to find website that sell or advertise tires online and also local shop that sell tires. For the local shops you a requested to get some variety on the location of the shops as Australia has 8 states but only 6 will be used in this research. 1. Queensland 2. New South Wales 3. Victoria 4. South Australia 5. Western Australia 6. Tasmania (not to be done this time around) 7. Australian Capital Territory 8. Northern Territory (not to be done this time around) You will be required to identify websites that advertise/sell tires online, create an entry for them in an excel file then based on the list of tires we have find out what their sell price for each of the tires. The list will be provided from time to time as we get more tyre details. Once you have got the sell price per brand/type of tyre you will have to populated it into the excel file. During your research if you notice any website/shop that sells mag wheels (Rims), please note that down as that will be the next research we will perform. Some website/shops will require you to call them to find out the price and if so this has to be stated on the excel file with the number you called and the name of the person you spoke to. The deliverable are an excel file with the following Excel Book called Tyre_price_comparison Sheet 1 will contain a contact card for each website/shop, all their contact details and if they sell mag wheels. Sheet 2 will contain the tyre type and the price they have to offer. A sample file format will be provided. The hourly rate for this project is between 2-3 dollars per hour. This will be given based on your quality of work. I will need to see the copy of the work via PDF or any other means before providing payment, a summary of the number of new website/shops with the number of tyre comparisons done would also be sufficient. Summary of work: 1. Make a list of contact details of all online/offline shops that sells tires (and Mag Wheels or Rims) 2. Compare their prices for each tyre model and type we provide. 3. Find at least 5 offline tyre shops in each state, call them and get a list of the tyre prices. 4. Populate all data in excel file and enjoy payment! Good luck!
