Alterations to existing unfished JSON project needed.-

Do you have previous experience with JSON in after fx?
I have a unique project that needs finishing and is already half started. When reading from a CSV file (via conversion to JSON) is needed to animate a composition within AFX with changing, time, date, location and picture data etc.
My CSV file has hundreds of entries with different details which all need to be JSON animatable.-
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So this part has been mostly been created- but it leaves some features left to be desired.
The code expression used to make one composition activate onscreen via the JSON file ONLY allows 1 comp at a time.
My requirement is to be able to use at least 2 or more comps being activated from what the JSON file is telling after effects.
This is the cde taken from one of the Comps being driven by the Json File-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Expression: (time remap)
loopOut(type = "cycle", numKeyframes = 0)
Expression: (opacity)
if ([login to view URL]("Region").[login to view URL] == ([login to view URL])) {100} else 0;
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Problem 2 - is an alignment problem of the Text box which is also being driven by JSON data. Because the data is not the same text word with some entries being longer/shorter- it is not dynamically aligning with its text beside it (the 2 text boxes are clashing because of this) so I need an expression to dynamically move the text box besides the primary JSON- driven Text box when it's length of the word is longer than word previously.
I am aware that this can be done with a variation of SoureReactAtTime(); expression.
As you can imagine, the text looks weird because of this problem when the text is not dynamically moving like it would be if it was typed out normally.
I am expert in Advance JS/JSON coding for web app and games with more then 10 years experience.
While I am new to this Data-Driven Animation with JSON in After Effects.
I am interested, Its R&D for me but sure I can give it a try.
Please share more details.
Let's discuss.
