I run n8n self-hosted and have shipped a WhatsApp RAG assistant that saved a client 25+ hours a week, plus CRM pipeline automation for a US tax firm on GoHighLevel, so the CRM and disposition side is familiar. For the calling agent I would handle orchestration in n8n, ElevenLabs for the voice, an LLM for qualification and objection handling, with transcripts and dispositions syncing straight to Zoho and triggering follow up emails and SMS. CEIPAL is a standard REST integration, same pattern as ATS and CRM syncs I already run. Keeping it in n8n and Make means you are not locked into anything and can extend it later without me. I have a calling agent built already that fits this purpose, so the first thing you get from me is one of your outbound calls working end to end, dialer to AI agent to transcript, summary, disposition and the Zoho record updated, running in n8n where you can watch every node.
