Code a Perl algorithm that verifies if a coordinate is within a polygon

I need a small Perl function that will return either true or false upon verifying if a given parameter expressed as a lat and long coordinate, is inside or outside a given polygon. For instance, if the following defines the area of a polygon: Array ( [0] => Array ( [lat] => -32.805744732906874 [lng] => 146.07421875 ) [1] => Array ( [lat] => -34.361576287484176 [lng] => 148.07373046875 ) [2] => Array ( [lat] => -32.08257455954592 [lng] => 146.27197265625 ) ) ...then the Perl function must then return true or false upon verifying if a coordinate such as: Array ( [lat] => -23.508589226762282 [lng] => 142.75634765625 ) ....is inside or not the polygon. Details: - The algorithm must be very precise, this is very important - The polygon array can be hardcoded at the beginning of the script - The coordinate to verify must be passed as a parameter to the function - Source code shall contain comments - There are plenty of examples on the web Thank you
