PHPBB 3 Header Modification and Banner or Advertising Mod Installation

I have a standard PHPBB Forum located at [url removed, login to view]

I need a larger size header area to promote the forum and show the logo. Now, it is small where the PHPBB LOGO is. It should be at least 250 pixels high with space for a 300 pixel wide left justified image.

Also need some sort of reliable banner mod and installation of same to feature sponsors.

Also need to be sure that it is as bot proof and hacker proof as possible.

If you know and work with PHPBB, give me your bid. I can do this myself, but would rather spend the time working on other content. Your bid will determine if I do it myself or use a coder here.
