I have build real time camera and on device AI features in android using CameraX, ML Kit, MediaPipe and OpenCV, which is usually what hands free interaction and real time processing need on a wearable, and it run offline without server latency. Before going further i want to confirm 2 things. First, is the work at app level on top of android, or system level like AOSP customisation and firmware for the device ? Both are possible but the approach, the tooling and the timeline are completely different, so i want to be clear before we discuss price. Second, will i get a dev unit or an SDK from the hardware side, or the development is done on phone and emulator until the hardware is ready ?
