Android App Build MP4 Video player e.g airplane screens

We are designing app, I just want to loop a video file on two (2) tablets that are android so the video can be displayed full screen at the same time that have the same video timing so both passengers can watch the video at once in the car (e,g airplane screen or tv how it plays same time) but they are for inside a bus. Pretty basic full screen video and I want to to be able to only play the video file that will be store locally (inside the app) MP4 App must be able to measure the play count of the video file. App must be able to have 2 screens that have the same video playing at once same time frame App must be able to support MP4 file App must be able to be used offline once the app is downloaded as tablets will not have internet (will have wifi while downloading the app & updating) App must be able for myself to remotely update the video file (mp4) App must block other buttons e.g volume, back, home, screen off) App must be able to automatically play the video file and repeat the video continually see photo for tablets that will use app to play video
