I need an Android app produced that can run with Android Things.

The hardware being used is the NXP [login to view URL] Starter Kit, info for which can be found here - [login to view URL]
The app will auto start on boot up of the kit, it will consist of a screen with the following items
- a company logo at the top (see attached image. It can be scaled as needed)
- followed below by 3 oblong buttons that are centered on the screen and each button covers approximately 65% of the width of the screen. These buttons are labelled as Option 1, Option 2 Option 3.
Touching Button 1 will turn on all the LED's on the Rainbow Hat ((Labelled 0-6), See the above link for kit components) for 1 minute
Touching Button 2 will turn on all the LED's on the Rainbow Hat for 2 minutes
Touching Button 3 will turn on all the LED's on the Rainbow Hat for 3 minutes
The intention is to use it as a training product so all coding needs to be done in the latest version of Android Studio 3.1 and all code relating to the project is to be supplied.
If testing needs to be carried out, the app can be sent to me for testing prior to completion as I have the hardware.
