We are a small plumbing business looking to streamline some manual procedures into digital versions.
We need to convert an existing Word document to a reusable “tick the box” style template to be used on a mobile phone compatible with iOS and Android.
The document is currently used in paper form by plumbing staff out in the field to analyse a job for risks before starting work. The staff member completes all details at the top of the form, then ticks all appropriate boxes in each column, adds the name/s of Responsible Persons, and finally adds their name & signature at the bottom. They can also add extra tick box items to each column if needed.
We would like our staff to be able to complete this process on their mobile phones using a reusable, editable template. Once the staff member completes the form by adding all details, they need to be able to save as a file or an image with the ability to then email or use as an attachment with other applications on their mobile device.
The template needs to be reusable, editable and compatible with iphone & android mobile phones.
