Create a picture sliding and placing puzzle game for Native Android Project

This is a small part of a project. I'm looking for native code for this, particularly Kotlin.

I'm looking for someone who can code a simple picture sliding puzzle. A picture will be loaded, sliced into pieces and user can drag and drop to correct place to complete the picture. It's a kids game.
