Hello skilled Android developer,

We have a technical challenge. We have an HTML5 Web-conferencing platform that uses WebRTC. However it is not possible ta capture the screen and display the feedback o'de Android.

Your mission issue to help is finding a solution for this problem.

Solution 1. Create a camera capturer that sends the screensharing to kurneto Media server.

Solution 2. Create an overlay app that have an always present button to start the screensharing and stop it.

The application should run in the background and Chrome should contour working.

All need to use WebRTC.
