Edit 3D Game Prototype and Export for iOS and Android

You will be given an advanced prototype of my endless runner that I need you to edit further, then have the game export ready for mobile on both iOS and Android for me to upload to the stores.
The game is a unique endless runner. Things that I will need done to the game includes: - Making the game endless.
- Adding a virtual store and characters which I've already made - And a few other things Admob Pop Up Ads and In-app purchases will need to be implemented into both versions.
I have a document that summarises nearly all of the requirements
Things that I already have prepared include:
- GUI
- Powerup Icons
- and various other assets
It is essential that you know how to animate
Also a - No Ad - Feature.
The game is being made with Unity3D
I would prefer if you had experience with graphic design, animating, 3D modelling, and obviously coding. Budget limit is $500AUD and 100 extra that I can add early February
