Hello, I am getting an error in some users, not all: "The server does not support the type of connection encryption specified. Try changing the encryption method." They use Windows and Mac, mainly, but also some Android or iOS mail clients. Not all users are getting the error but in some ones all the accounts under a domain. I need to fix this, in 2 servers and might be only "an option to be checked" or something else. I need an expert about this.
