Kitchen Order screen for a restaurant application

Already there is a running application in a restaurant want to develop a kitchen order screen by accessing existing MS SQL database via wi-fi. The app should contain a login screen for salesman (user database already available) and a order screen that contains around 35 items with pictures under 5-6 categories (Category Master and ItemMaster with price are available. You just need to access them from existing database and display as a menu that allows a salesman to create a kitchen order. That should save in existing KOTMaster and KOTDetail table. KOT number should generate by adding 1 to current KOTNumber.
