I have a web version of task manager, and need the same for android. Project will be based on web version not a separate application. It will fetch data from web version's database.
Apart fro this i need some extra work:
1. Users can send messages using application.
2. Users can attach documents and audio files in messages.
2. Role/Permission Management
3. Calendar in which we can see tasks on different dates
