I need 2D Animation and should be developed using Adobe Flash or Toon Boom.

2D Animation should be developed using Adobe Flash or Toon Boom. The pre-production elements such as storyboard and character and environmental modelling will be provided. The due of this project would be 31/12/2019. Should use parallax effect and facial expressions. The project should be developed using Adobe Flash or Toon Boom Harmony only. I would require all raw files such as the fla. files for all the scenes. The animation consists of approx. 24 scenes. The duration of the animation should be 3 to 4 minutes. The animation should consist of parallax effect usage and also facial expressions are very important as well. Storyline, storyboard, character and enivronment sketches and design will be provided.
