Need 15-18 seconds of animation

I work for a web magazine and I'm looking for 15-18 seconds of animation for a video essay I'm working on. It would be in black and white, with maybe just some accents of color. The style should be relatively pared down and simple, but still polished. Here is a description of the sequence: ""From a first-person perspective: someone is laying down on their sofa in a living room. They're petting their dog, which is also resting on the sofa, on/near their thighs. In an instant, the dog turns into a bowl of noodles. The hand that was petting the dog pulls back startled. Next, the couch turns into a large octopus. Finally, in another instant, the person is on the moon with the earth in the background - the noodles and octopus gone. The first-person perspective is sustained throughout, with the person laying down, looking down at their body/legs. At no point does the person's physical relationship with their surroundings change (ie - the person doesn't sink down into the octopus, and they aren't hovering up and down when they end up on the moon)."
