Photogrammetric analysis and traffic accident rendering and video

Looking for someone who can analyse a video of a traffic incident footage and render an animation based on the footage and images of vehicle to determine what could be seen in the mirrors based on the footage as best as possible. Needs to be able to analyze footage and determine the scenario based on this and how the image would be seen from the vehicles mirrors even though footage is outside of vehicle
