Travel Tech Architect / Flight API Expert Needed for Verifiable PNR System (No ADM/Blocks)

I am looking for a Travel Tech Industry Expert and Systems Architect who can consult, guide, and help implement the complete supplier chain and technical integration from scratch. The Problem We Need You To Solve: We need to generate valid, verifiable flight PNRs (held tickets) at a very low cost, without facing ADM fines, API blocks, or supplier bans due to low ticket-issuance-to-hold ratios. What I Need From You: Supplier Acquisition: Guide me in finding and partnering with the right IATA consolidators, B2B platforms, or API providers that allow high-volume PNR holds (24-48 hours) without penalizing us for non-ticketing. Architecture Strategy: Design the workflow to handle Ticketing Time Limits (TTL) automatically so reservations drop before triggering ADMs for churning or inventory spoilage. Technical Implementation: Assist with the API integration (REST/SOAP) into our custom WordPress stack (if needed develop custom plugin) and similar functionality like our competitors like custom checkout, email delievery and payment method integration. Industry Knowledge: Advise on best practices for PCC routing, look-to-book ratios, and shielding the platform from GDS crackdowns. Who You Are: You have deep experience with travel APIs (Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport) and major flight consolidators (Travelopro, FlightsLogic, Mystifly, etc.). You understand the business side of airline ticketing, IATA vs. non-IATA rules, and exactly how ADMs are issued. You have successfully built or consulted on platforms that require holding reservations without immediate ticketing.
