Build an IOS App -- 2

I require an iOS App Developer to build a simple app with basic functionality, there will be no design work or logo development required. A rough wireframe has been uploaded to visualise the request.
The app must have functionality to "upload a photo" (locally on the app - no web connection required), along with 3 optional text boxes which would save with the photo.
Three pages with content required:
Home Page - As per wireframe the home page will have stock images with links to blank pages (blank with the logo header and menu items - no additional content required on these pages). The home page must have a scrollbar to allow expansion (as displayed in the wireframe). Please include 3x4 images (any images are fine these will be replaced) on the home page, as per the wireframe. Those 12 images will link to 12 blank pages (see above).
Upload Page - As per the wireframe, this will contain a choice to either choose a photo from the phones photo library, or the option to take a photo and access the phones camera. After the photo has been selected, it will be displayed as a thumbnail above the 3 text boxes. These text boxes will be optional inputs, if the input is included it must be saved with the image.
View Page - This will mimic the home page, however this will only display the users uploaded photos. The thumbnail of the photo will be displayed in the same format of the home page (3 across, scroll bar, x down). When a thumbnail is pressed, it will open the upload menu with the data pre-populated allowing the user to edit the information or read the information.
