AP/RSE Needed: Pat Heung Build

We own a warehouse lot in Pat Heung, New Territories, and we are ready to replace the existing structure with a new two-storey building that will combine office space and warehousing. To move forward I need a Hong Kong-licensed Authorized Person and Registered Structural Engineer—either as one firm or a collaborative team—who can steer the entire statutory process with the Buildings Department. Scope of consultancy • Government liaisons – act as my representative in all meetings, submissions, and correspondence with BD and related authorities. • Submitting Building Plans – prepare, sign, and file all General Building Plans, structural calculations, and prescribed forms until formal approval is granted. • Site inspections & evaluations – visit the Pat Heung site, verify existing conditions, and provide periodic inspections once work begins. Key project notes • Building use: ground-floor warehouse, upper-floor administrative offices with at least one modern conference room. • Architectural style: Modern; I’m looking for a clean, efficient façade that will satisfy industrial-use guidelines while reflecting a contemporary image. • Expected deliverables: schematic layout, structural framing proposal, drainage and fire-service drawings (to BD standard), responses to BD comment rounds, and final approval letter. Include a schedule of supervision duties for foundation, superstructure, and completion stages. • Coordination with other consultants (E&M, QS, contractor) may be required, so clear communication is essential.
