I have a stepper motor with 8 lead wires. I wish to connect it in a bipolar series connection to an Arduino motor shield, and I need a code that will allow me to control the speed and acceleration/torque of the motor through the arduino. (Motor step = 1.8 degrees/step). The motor shield is stacked on top of the Arduino UNO, and the power supply is external (from a battery pack).
