You will have a device that will be nice looking, and you will have to make a simple case with almost no separated controls (like knobs, buttons etc). Looks like you want switch ON and OFF some relays based on some mechanical sensor feedback using Arduino board. I work with Arduino on my daily basis. I can surely do this task. If you want we can decrease development time.
