The solar panel cable has to be connected to the ANALOG pin any pin. The code will need to move the motor in the start slowly to see where the sun is best at with feedback from the panel to the ADC when the voltage in is highest that is your sun max energy point, over time it will go lower as earth rotates thus you need to move the motor up and check and down and check this is the where you determine the direction of the sun. You need to have a buffer of the voltage values, also nice would be to have a RTC (not necessary). Let me know if you need more help on this project.
