What I now need is a seasoned grant writer who can transform that core document into winning submissions for government, corporate, and private-foundation opportunities, then track each application through to a funding decision. The core proposal already outlines our mission—delivering affordable, in-home care to underserved seniors—along with budgets, logic models, and supporting data. Your role will be to tailor that material to each funder’s guidelines, strengthen the narrative where needed, and handle the end-to-end application workflow. Key deliverables • A vetted shortlist of government, corporate, and private-foundation grants matched to our program scope and readiness • Customized application packets for each target, formatted exactly to their requirements (narrative, budget, attachments, online portal entries) • A submission calendar with due dates, login credentials, and confirmation receipts • Post-submission follow-up templates and light reporting language so we can respond quickly to any requests for clarification You are free to use tools such as [login to view URL] Workspace, Foundation Directory Online, or your own CRM; just keep everything shareable in Google Drive so our board can review in real time. I will supply the existing proposal, financials, and all supporting documents on day one. Turnaround on the first three tailored applications: two weeks from start.
