Executive Assistant
$2-8 USD / hour
Looking to hire 2-3 Executive Assistants to assist in day to day operations of our business. Which will include email management, lead generation, calendar management, social Media Management, writing skills (English), marketing.
This is a part time job however can turn to full time once progress is up to par.
Please have a good communication skills as we do require consistent updates throughout the week and deadlines to be met. Also to be available via Skype or WhatsApp for instant communications.
This assistant will also be in charge of scheduling meetings and guest speaking engagements. As well as travel arrangements per necessary
