This role will suit a someone that needs to work around school hours.
One to three days a week. Two to six hours a day.
Competitive daily rate.
Sydney, Inner West or near St Leonards (but work from home the majority of the time).
Immediate start. You will be supporting the Managing Director of a Small Security Company based at St Leonard's.
The role will include:
General personal support.
Assisting with putting tenders together.
Maintaining a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
Marketing and customers management activities.
Assisting with the preparation of materials and documents.
Proofreading and copywriting.
Liaising with government agencies.
Setting up consultants and contracts administration.
Assisting with entering data systems.
Other Ad-hoc tasks as required.
Must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undergo police background check (due to the sensitive nature of the information handled).
Must have had previous experience as a Personal Assistant and references.
High-level attention to detail/highly organised.
High-level skills with MS Word and MS Excel and the use of social media platforms.
Able to work independently on tasks with minimal instruction.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must be able to hit the ground running.
Ability to interact with people at all levels and have strong stakeholder management skills.
A multi-tasker with the ability to 'think on their feet'.
