I recently worked in one of the biggest BPO company in the country and was assigned to the largest telecommunications company in United States. As a customer service representative, our duty and responsibility is to ensure customer/client's satisfaction by providing smart solutions to their queries and concerns. I also offer different company's products to customers base on their needs and interests to ensure company's growth and revenue.
